Phoneography Challenge: My Neighborhood

For My Neighborhood Challenge I went out with phone only and I made a few pictures. I didn’t focus on the typical touristic objects, even though you will find some of them in my gallery. It’s more about what you can also see at the streets of Prague. What else you can see is that there is no sun and it lasts already three months! We had about two or three sunny days this winter (today seems to be another one) and I long to see blue sky and sun.

The post was not done on phone, as I don’t like the small screen that much :-).

Prague always is a hoot, but i have to say i espechially liked the “united colors of trash-cans” shot. suwa, you couold find a similar motive in any town, but most people do not see the simple beauty in the day-to-day objects, and how even those functional color codings can be a source for a smile in teh gray of the day… wight? wight!

Interesting street photography. I really like the design around the Hotel Central oriel window, and the graffiti in the last photo.

Katy thank you for ‘liking’ my neighborhood post, it was kind of you to visit. Visiting your blog brings back memories of my short trip to Praha. I enjoyed the scenes of the city and only wished I had more time to walk and explore. i live on a small island and the scernary is much different. Thank you for sharing!
